Beverly Anderson

Beverly Anderson creates a balance between the commitment of co-owning The McCall Real Estate Company with her husband and a commitment to having fun. The business makes extreme demands that she handles with apparent ease while living and playing in the beautiful town of McCall.

A realtor and a McCall resident for 24 years, Beverly has knowledge based on experience.  She oversees daily operations of the brokerage, and has maintained a high standard for the brokerage–which is the top producing office in Valley & Adams County.  Beverly has a high attention to detail and is an asset in every transaction. Beverly and her husband own a Cessna 206, which she flies through mountain canyons to remote strips in the Idaho wilderness and has her instrument rating. She obtained her floatplane rating in Alaska. Although she’s been a member of the “99’s”, the International Association of Women Pilots, since 1984, for Beverly, flying isn’t just about the next rating or expedition. As a volunteer with Angel Flight, she has delivered patients for medical treatment and enjoys being a problem solver.

A California native, Beverly grew up in a mountain town very similar to McCall and loves to impress on clients, and everyone else she can, how wonderful it is to have four seasons and how beautiful this valley is with its large lakes, rivers and streams, pasture land, and surrounding mountains.

“When I tell people I live in Idaho I can always count on them to reply ‘potatoes’ and I like to say, ‘Yes we have potatoes in the south east portion of the state but we also have mountains, rivers, lakes and the largest wilderness in the Southern States’.”
